摘要:
目的：探讨胫腓骨开放性骨折患者的护理方法。方法：给予30例硬膜外麻醉下行胫腓骨开放性骨折切开复位外固定架固定术的患者术前准备及心理护理，术后加强对多功能外固定支架钢针孔的护理、对其疼痛、皮肤进行护理，并指导其饮食、协助其进行功能锻炼。结果：所有患者护理效果满意。结论：做好手术前后的护理工作是多功能外固定支架治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的重要保证。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the nursing methods for the patients with open fracture of tibiofibula. Method: All 30 patients were administered with preoperative care, psychological care, the nursing for the hole of bracket after surgery, care for the pain and skin, dietary regulation and functional exercise. Result: All the patients were satisfactory with the effects after treating. Conclusion: Preoperative care for the patients is the important guarantee of treating open fracture of tibiofibula with multifunctional eternally fxation backet.
