摘要:
从病因病机、中医药治疗方面对干燥综合征进行总结，发现目前研究尚缺乏大宗病例的前瞻性研究，以及干燥综合征的中医证型的分类研究，循证依据尚不充分，今后需采用循证医学方法进行干燥综合征中医证型大规模研究，制定该病中医辨证分型的统一标准，以进一步指导中医药的临床治疗。
Abstract:
Current state of Sjogren’s disease was summarized from the cause, pathogenesis and TCM treatment, and we found that current study was lack of perspective study with lots of cases and insufficient evidences for the categories of TCM patterns of the disease, therefore, it was raised that evidence-based medical method should be applied to massive studies about TCM patterns of Sjogren’s disease, in order to establish uniform criteria for syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease, to guide clinical treatment of TCM further.
