摘要:
目的：观察围手术期护理对肩胛骨骨折患者心理状况的影响。方法：60例患者均采用手术内固定治疗肩胛骨骨折，同时针对治疗的不同阶段施以术前护理、术后护理。结果：60例患者经过护理后焦虑、抑郁程度明显减轻，护理前后相比差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05）。结论：围手术期护理可加强护患沟通，减少患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，有助于临床治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of perioperative care on psychological state of the patients with scapular fracture. Method: Altogether 60 patients received internal fixation by the surgery, and they were given with preoperative care, postoperative care in different stages. Result: The anxiety and depression of the patients were alleviated obviously after nursing, the difference showed statistical meaning before and after the care (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Perioperative care could enhance the communication between the nurse and the patients, relive the anxiety and depression of the patients and is helpful to clinical treatment.
