摘要:
目的:探讨细节护理对手外伤患者的应用价值。方法:将140例手外伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者入住手外1病区，对照组患者入住手外2病区，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上实施细节护理。分别在入院第4天比较2组患者焦虑、恐惧、忧郁等心理状况及护理满意率。结果：观察组焦虑、恐惧、忧郁等心理状况改善优于对照组(P＜0.05），护理满意率高于对照组(P＜0.05）。结论：细节护理能明显减轻手外伤患者心理状况，提高护理满意率。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the value of detailed care for the patients with hand injury. Method: All 140 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were hospitalized in the first ward of hand injury and given with detailed care, the ones in the control group in the second ward of hand injury and routine care, satisfactory rate and psychological states including anxiety, fear and depression were compared at the fourth day after hospitalization respectively. Result: The improvements of psychological states including anxiety, fear, depression and others in the observation group were superior to those of the control group (P＜0.05), satisfactory rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Detailed care could obviously alleviate psychological states of the patients suffering from hand injury and improve nursing satisfactory rate.
