摘要:
目的：研究小儿静脉留置针穿刺方法，提高小儿静脉留置针穿刺成功率。方法：将500例应用静脉留置针的患儿随机分为对照组和实验组各250例。对照组采用双手送管法，实验组采用单手送管法。每组各进行头皮静脉穿刺100例，四肢静脉穿刺150例。比较2组患儿在头皮静脉穿刺及四肢静脉穿刺中的一次性穿刺成功率及补送管成功率。结果：实验组头皮静脉穿刺及四肢静脉穿刺一次性穿刺成功率及补送管成功率均高于对照组。结论：单手送管法可提高小儿静脉留置针穿刺成功率，操作简单。
Abstract:
Objective: To improve puncture success rate of intravenous indewelling needle in children by studying the methods. Methods: All 500 patients were randomized into the control group and the experiment group. The control group were punctured by two-hand tube feeding method and the experiment group by one-hand tube feeding method. Each group contained 100 cases of scalp intravenous puncture and 150 cases of four extremities intravenous puncture. Intravenous puncture success rates in one time and in the second time on the scalp and four exterimities were compared in both groups. Results: The experiment group was superior to the control group in intravenous puncture success rates in one time and in the second time on the scalp and four exterimities. Conclusion: One-hand tube feeding method could improve puncture success rate of intravenous indewelling needle in children, and it's simple to operate.
