摘要:
目的：探讨外伤性跟骨骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理方法。方法：将60例跟骨闭合性骨折合并糖尿病患者随机分为2组，对照组给予骨外科及内分泌科常规护理,观察组根据患者的个体差异给予个性化的围手术期护理措拖，观察患者的手术时间、伤口愈合时间。结果：手术时间观察组为（89.34±8.43）分钟，对照组为（108.23±7.92）分钟，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后伤口愈合时间观察组为（10.35±3.65）周，对照组为（15.27±4.72）周，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：手术前做好充分的准备，手术中采取得当的方法，手术后加强护理，有助于跟骨骨折合并糖尿病患者缩短手术及术后愈合时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the nursing methods for the patients suffering from diabetes mellitus and traumatic calcaneal fracture during perioperative period. Methods: Sixty patients were separated into two groups, the control group were administered with routine care of orthopedic surgery department and endocrinology department, the observation group received individualized perioperative care according to different patients. Surgical time and wound healting time of the patients were surveyed. Results: Surgical time of the observation group was (89.34±8.43) minutes, and that of the control group was(108.23±7.92) minutes, the difference had statistical meaing (P＜0.05). Postoperative wound healing time of the observation group was (10.35±3.65) weeks, and that of the control group was(15.27±4.72) weeks, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Full preparation before the operation, appropriate method in the surgery and enhancing the care after the surgery are helpful to shorten surgical time and wound healing time of the patients.
