摘要:
目的：观察三痹汤加减联合甲氨喋呤治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法：将RA患者90例随机分为观察组48例、对照组42例，观察组给予三痹汤加减联合甲氨喋呤治疗；对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗。观察治疗前后2组患者关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、握力、晨僵时间、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及类风湿因子(RF)等相关指标。并对2组患者服药期间相关药物副作用进行监测。结果：治疗后2组患者相关观察指标均有一定程度改善，观察组较对照组改善明显(P＜0.01)；观察组患者治疗总有效率为91.67%，明显高于对照组的76.19%(P＜0.05)。结论：三痹汤加减联合甲氨喋呤能有效改善RA患者的临床症状及相关检查指标，且副反应较少。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey therapeutic effects of modified SanBi Tang and methotrexate in treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: All 90 patients were randomly allocated into 48 cases of the observation group and 42 cases of the control group, the observation group were given with modified SanBi Tang and methotrexate; and the control group methotrexate. Joint swelling index, joint tenderness index, grip strengthen, time of morning stiffness, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C reactive protein (CRP), rheumatoid factor (RF) and others were investigated, and drug-related side effects of the patients were monitored. Results: The related indexes of the patients in both groups after treating were improved to a certain degree, the improvement of the observation group was much more notable than that of the control group significantly(P＜0.01); total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%, obviously higher than 76.19% of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Modified SanBi Tang and methotrexate could improve clinical symptoms and related indexes of RA patients effectively with minor adverse reaction.
