摘要:: 目的：观察中药止痛方穴位贴敷加电磁波治疗肺癌骨转移痛的临床疗效，探索中西结合治疗肺癌骨痛的新方法。方法：将肺癌骨转移痛患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组采用阿是穴穴位贴敷中药加电磁波治疗，对照组采用吗啡控释片口服治疗，观察骨疼痛强度的变化、止痛起效时间、疼痛缓解程度、止痛持续时间。结果：止痛方加电磁波穴位治疗肺癌骨转移痛止痛总有效率为96.67%，无不良反应发生；平均起效时间40分钟。结论：中药止痛方加电磁波穴位治疗对肺癌骨转移痛止痛有效、安全、使用方便。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore a new method for treating lung cancer osseous metastatic pain by integrative medicine by observing clinical effects of acupoint sticking of ZhiTong formula and electromagnetic wave irradiation in the treatment. Methods: All 120 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally, the treatment group received herbs for external use at AShi points and electromagnetic wave, and the control group took morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets, the changes of bone pain intensity, onset time of pain-relieving, the degrees of pain relieve and duration of pain-relieving were observed. Results: Total effective rate of ZhiTong formula and electromagnetic wave to acupoints in treating osseous metastatic pain of lung cancer was 96.67%, there was no adverse reaction occurred; average onset time was 40 minutes. Conclusion: Application of ZhiTong formula and electromagnetic wave irradiation is effective, safe and convenient to stop osseous metastatic pain of lung cancer.
