摘要:
目的：探讨老年患者脊柱术后神志异常的辨证护理方法。方法：对老年腰椎管狭窄症术后发生神志异常的15例患者进行辨证施护，3日后采用精神障碍疗效评判标准评价护理效果。结果：15例患者中14例痊愈，1例症状减轻，持续1周后痊愈。结论：对老年腰椎管狭窄症患者术后出现的神志异常进行辨证施护，方法可靠，效果满意。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey the method of syndrome differentiation and care for senile patients with emotional disorder after spinal surgery. Methods: All 15 senile patients were nured based on syndrome differentiation and care, the effects of the care were assessed with clinical efficacy assessment of emotional disorder in three days. Results: There were 14 cases cured, one case relieved and cured in one week among all the patients. Conclusion: Syndrome differentiation and care for senile patients are reliable and satisfactory.
