摘要:
王自立主任医师业医60年，形成了自己独特的学术思想。其治疗肝病从肝为柔脏出发，以顺应肝的生理特性，以养肝为第一要务，提出“治肝必柔肝，柔肝先养肝”的治疗大法，强调“养肝即是柔肝，柔肝便为疏肝”，临证之时以顾护肝之阴血为首要，形成了独特的柔肝思想。
Abstract:
Chief physician Wang Zili has been worked around 60 years and formed his unique academic thinking. His treatment for liver diseases should conform to physiological features of liver on the foundation of liver as yielding viscus, and nourishing the liver should be the first task, he raised therapeutic methods of "softening the liver is the treatment for liver, nourishing the liver is the first step of liver-softening", and emphasized "nourishing the liver is to soften the liver, softening the liver is soothing the liver", he nourished Yin and blood of the liver in clinic, and has his unique liver-softening thinking.
