摘要:
以科学发展观为指导,把握新时期军队医院科研工作特点,对医院科研管理的影响要素进行研究分析,并对军队医院科研管理对策进行探讨,提出了新时期军队医院科研管理的发展思路等观点,为军队医院提高科研管理水平提供借鉴。
Abstract:
The factors influencing hospital scientific research management were analyzed guided by scientific outlook on development based on scientific research of military hospital in the new period, the strategies of scientific research management in military hospital were discussed, the ideas about the development of scientific research development in military hospital in the new period were raised to provide reference for lifting the level of scientific research management in military hospital.
