摘要:
目的：观察西帕依固龈液治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组，每组各40例。2组均使用生理盐水漱口，4次/d，15 mL/次，30 min/次。观察组于生理盐水含漱结束后用西帕依固龈液漱口，4次/d，15 mL/次，30 min/次。2组连续用药10天。结果：牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)治疗前后比较差异显著（P＜0.05）；治疗后组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组治愈率为70.00%，总有效率为97.50%；对照组治愈率为40.00%，总有效率为67.50%。2组疗效相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：西帕依固龈液治疗固定矫治中牙龈炎临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of XiPaYi collutory in treating gingivitis in the fixed orthodontic therapy. Methods: All 80 patients were randomly allocated into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group. Both groups rinsed the mouth with physiological saline, four times per day, 15 mL each time, 30 min each time. The observation group received physiological saline and XiPaYi collutory, four times per day, 15 mL each time, 30 min each time. Both groups were administered with the drugs for ten consecutive days. Results: The difference was significant in the comparison of GI, PI and SBI between before and after treating (P＜0.05); The difference was significant when the indexes after treating in the control group were compared with these in the treatment group (P＜0.05). Cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 70.00% and 97.50%, lower than 40.00% and 67.50% of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning in clinical effects (P＜0.05). Conclusion: XiPaYi collutory is effective in treating gingivitis in the fixed orthodontic therapy.
