摘要:
目的：观察益肾逐瘀方治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法:将74例糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各37例，2组均给予西药常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用益肾逐瘀方，2组均治疗3个月，观察治疗前后2组血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）、甘油三脂（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、尿微量白蛋白排泄率（UAER）、尿β2微球蛋白（Uβ2-MG）、24小时尿蛋白量。结果:2组治疗后各项指标均有改善（P＜0.05），其中UAER、Uβ2-MG、24小时尿蛋白定量治疗组改善较对照组显著（P＜0.05）。结论:益肾逐瘀方对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿有较好的治疗作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of kidney-invigorating stagnation-dispelling prescription in treating proteinuria of the patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: Seventy-four patients were allocated into the treatment group and the control group equally, both groups received routine treatment of western medicine, the treatment group took the decoction of kidney-invigorating stagnation-dispelling prescription, both groups were treated for three months, the indexes of serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), urinary β2 microglobulin(Uβ2-MG) and 24 hours urine protein in both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: All the indexes were improved after treating in both groups (P＜0.05), the improvements of UAER, Uβ2-MG and 24 hours urine protein in the treatment group were more significant thant these of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Kidney-invigorating stagnation-dispelling prescription shows better therapeutic effects on proteinuria of DN patients.
