摘要:
目的：了解广东省粤东地区基层中医药发展现状。方法：采用现场访谈法和问卷调查法2种方式对广东省潮州市饶平县、揭阳市揭东县等卫生主管部门和基层医疗机构进行调研，对被调查地区卫生局相关领导、基层医院院长、基层医院医生代表进行访谈，以了解各地基层中医药发展状况。结果：由于中医药服务定价偏低、“中医院西化”“中医人员西化”现象严重、中医医疗机构底子相对薄弱、专业队伍后继乏人、中医药特色不明显、体系结构有缺陷等原因，广东省粤东地区基层中医药的发展陷入困境。结论：应充分认识基层中医药发展现状，针对制约中医药发展的薄弱环节，制定正确的应对措施，使基层中医药摆脱困境，步入良性发展的快车道。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the status of TCM development in the grass-roots units of the eastern regions of Guangdong province. Methods: Health authorities of Guangdong province were investigated by on-site interviews and questionnaires, the leaders of health bureau, the directors of basic-levels hospital and the doctors of the hospitals were interviewed, to investigate the state of TCM development in the grass-roots units of different places. Results: Because the price of TCM service is lower, the westernization of TCM hospital and doctors is serious, the foundation of TCM medical institutions is relatively weak, the professional team dries up, the features of TCM is obscure, the system shows the defects, TCM development in the grass-roots units of the eastern regions of Guangdong province is in dilemma. Conclusion: We should completely know the state of TCM development in the grass-roots units, correct measured should be made in view of the weak line, so that TCM development could step into a sound development track.
