摘要:
目的：观察中药联合兰索拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将消化性溃疡患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。治疗组予中药联合兰索拉唑治疗，对照组采用兰索拉唑治疗，28天后比较2组患者临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗组14天愈合率为92.5％，对照组为60.0％(P＜0.01)；28天愈合率治疗组为97.5％，对照组为92.5％(P＞0.05)。结论：中药联合兰索拉唑治疗消化性溃疡症状缓解较快，不良反应少。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of herbs and lansoprazole in treating peptic ulcer (PC). Methods: Eighty patients were separated into the treatment group and the control group randomly, 40 cases each group. The treatment group took herbs and lansoprazole, the control group were administered with lansoprazole, clinical effects and the conditions of adverse reactions in both groups were compared in 28 days. Results: Cure rate of the treatment group in 14 days was 92.5%, higher than 60.0% of the control group (P＜0.01); cure rate of the treatment group in 28 days was 97.5%, superior to 92.5% of the control group (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Herbs combined with lansoprazole could alleviate the symptoms rapidly in treating PC with minor adverse reactions.
