摘要:
从单纯中药保留灌肠、中药口服配合灌肠、中西医结合治疗3方面归纳中药灌肠在急性期溃疡性结肠炎中的应用，探讨其优势及不足之处，指出中药保留灌肠优势明显，可改善腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便等临床症状，改善肠黏膜镜下表现，是一种治疗急性期溃疡性结肠炎的重要手段，尤其适用于轻中度、左半结肠型溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗。
Abstract:
The application of retention enema with herbs to ulcerative colitis (UC) at acute exacerbation stage was summarized from the aspects of retention enema with herbs, herbs for oral administration and retention enema, integrative medicine, the merits and drawbacks of the therapy were discussed, the advantages of retention enema with herbs was obvious, the therapy could improve clinical symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhea, mucopurulent bloody stool, it could ameliorate the manifestations of intestinal mucosa under the enteroscope, it is an important method for treating UC at acute exacerbation stage, especially treating the patients with mild or moderate UC, UC of the left half colon.
