目的:探讨采用仿真模型模拟操作联合模块式教学法在研究生学习椎体强化术中的应用效果。方法:制定椎体强化术的标准化模块式操作步骤,在高年资医师带教下,对骨科专业22名临床研究生进行详细讲解操作要领和见习观摩,然后在仿真模型上进行模拟操作,根据最末次实际操作评分评判效果。结果:22名研究生中10人操作规范、步骤正确、完成手术满意、回答问题准确,优秀率达45.45%,10人良好,良好率45.45%,优良率达90.9%。结论:仿真模型模拟操作联合模块式教学法,使研究生们能直观的按模块化步骤模拟椎体强化术实施步骤,有利于他们快速掌握正确的手术操作方法,提高临床教学效果。
- Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the effects of simulation operation and model teaching method in the study of vertebral augmentation for the postgraduates. Methods: Modular operations and steps in standardization of vertebral augmentation were established, guided by the doctor of high qualification, 22 postgraduates in the major of orthopedics were taught with the essential points of operations in details, and they simulated the operations on the simulation models, the effects were assessed according to the last scores of the practice. Results: There were ten persons with normalized specification, correct steps, satisfying surgery, accurate answers, excellent rate could reach 45.45%, ten persons were good, good rate was 45.45%, good and excellent rates of the group reached 90.9%. Conclusion: Simulation operation and model teaching method could make the postgraduate directly perform vertebral augmentation according to modular steps, it would benefit the postgraduate to grasp correct methods of the operation rapidly and improve the teaching effects in clinic.
