摘要:
目的:观察三位一体疗法结合中药治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2011年10月至2012年6月苏州市中医医院骨伤科收治的76例80足SandersⅡ型病例。结果:76例患者全部获得随访。按照Maryland足部功能评分评估效果，优47足，良32足，可1足，优良率达98.75%。结论:三位一体疗法治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折可获得良好的复位和固定，结合中药围手术期治疗可促进功能恢复，减少并发症，临床优势明显。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of three-in-one therapy and herbs in treating calcaneal fracture of Sanders Ⅱ type. Methods: All 76 patients with Sanders Ⅱ type calcaneal fracture (80 feet in all) who were admitted in orthopedic department of Suzhou Municipality TCM Hospital from October, 2011 to June, 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All 76 patients were followed. The effects were assessed according to Maryland foot function scales, there were 47 feet with exellent effects, 32 feet with better effects, one foot with good effects, excellent and good rate reached 98.75%. Conclusion: Three-in-one therapy in treating calcaneal fracture of Sanders Ⅱ type could obtain better reduction and fixation, the therapy combined with herbs in treating the patients in perioperative period could promote functional recovery, reduce complications with notable clinical advantages.
