摘要:: 目的：探讨优质护理服务在改善断指再植患者围手术期睡眠质量中的应用效果。方法：选取住院治疗的断指再植患者92例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组46例。对照组患者进行显微外科常规护理，观察组则以优质护理理念为指导进行护理，采用HAMA、HAMD及AIS量表对2组患者干预前及护理干预后的术前、术后1周的围手术期睡眠质量及抑郁情况进行评定。结果：观察组护理干预后术前、术后1周HAMA、HAMD及AIS量表评分均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：优质护理理念在改善断指再植患者围手术期睡眠质量中的效果较佳，且能改善患者的睡眠障碍。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the value of high quality nursing on improving sleep quality of the patients with severed finger reunion during perioperative period. Methods: All 92 patients admitted into hospital were randomly separated into the control group and the observation group, 46 cases each group. The patients in the control group accepted routine nursing of microsurgery department, and the observation group were cared by the concept of high quality nursing, sleep quality of the patients in the perioperative period and hospitalization depression scale were assessed before intervention, after nursing intervention was given to the patients and in one week after the surgery by HAMA, HAMD and AIS scales. Results: The scales of HAMA, HAMD and AIS of the observation group were remarkably superior to these of the control group after nursing intervention was given to the patients and in one week after the surgery (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The concept of high quality nursing could obtain the best effects in improving sleep quality of the patients with severed finger reunion during perioperative period, and improve sleep disorder of the patients.
