摘要:
目的：观察腹八卦推拿手法对脊髓损伤便秘患者排便的影响。方法：将125例脊髓损伤后便秘患者按数字表法随机分为观察组65例、对照组60例。对照组给予常规的综合护理措施；观察组同时给予腹部八卦推拿手法。观察2组患者大便的性状、排便情况、1周排便次数以及1周内使用缓泻药次数等便秘指标及护理满意率。结果：2组大便排便相关指标明显改善（P＜0.05），观察组改善更明显(P＜0.01)。护理总满意率观察组为93.85%，对照组为85.00%。2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：腹部八卦推拿手法可有效减轻便秘带来的各种痛苦，提高护理满意率。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of abdominal eight diagrams manipulation maneuver on bowel movement of constipation patients with spinal injury. Methods: All 125 patients were allocated to 65 cases of the observation group and 60 cases of the control group by random number table method. The control group received conventional comprehensive nursing measures; the observation group accepted abdominal eight diagrams manipulation maneuver at the same time. The shape and properties, the conditions, the number of bowel movement within one week, and the times of using laxatives within one week and nursing satisfactory rate of both groups were observed. Results: Bowel movement related indexes of both groups were improved significantly (P＜0.05), the improvement of the observation group was more notable (P＜0.01). Total satisfactory rate of the care in the observation group was 93.85%, total effective rate was 85.00%, the difference between both groups indicated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Abdominal eight diagrams manipulation maneuver could effectively alleviate the pains induced by constipation and improve nursing satisfactory rate.
