摘要:
目的：观察超前镇痛护理干预对骨科围手术期镇痛效果的影响。方法：采用随机双盲对照的方法将132例全膝关节置换术患者分为2组。A组术前2天起给予塞来昔布200 mg Bid，同时术后第1～4天给予塞来昔布200 mg Bid+止痛泵止痛治疗，术前术后针对疼痛给予相应护理干预。B组给予止痛泵+安慰剂止痛治疗。术中予常规的全身麻醉或连续硬膜外麻醉。观察患者术后VAS疼痛评分。结果：对患者采取超前镇痛护理干预在手术当天及术后4天的镇痛效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对膝关节置换术患者围术期超前使用塞来昔布的同时并给予相关护理干预措施，术后的疼痛明显减轻。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the influence of preemptive analgesia nursing intervention on the pain of the patients during perioperative pain in the orthopedic department. Methods: All 132 patients were allocated to two groups by randomized, double blind and control method. Group A were administered with celecoxib two days ago before the surgery, 200mg, Bid, celecoxib, 200mg, Bid, and analgesic pump from the first to fourth day after the operation, corresponding nursing intervention to pain before and after the surgery. Group B received analgesic pump and placebo, general anesthesia or epidural anesthesia continuously in the operation. VAS of the patients were observed after the operation. Results: Preemptive analgesia nursing intervention was given to the patients in the observation group at the day of operation and in four days after operation, the effects of the observation group were superior to these of the control group remarkably (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Celecoxib given to the patients before the surgery and corresponding nursing intervention could relieve the pain after the surgery obviously.
