摘要:
从医院分配制度改革现状、医院薪酬体系建设和医院酬薪管理状况3方面入手,分析医院薪酬的分配制度、管理办法、激励约束机制和宏观调控体制等,指出医院薪酬制度的发展趋势为内在薪资与外在薪资的有机结合;薪资与工作绩效相互联系;专门人员薪资设计专门化;福利制度更加人性化;员工与参与工作考评以及薪资定价;薪资管理电算化以及网络化。
Abstract:
The paper is discussing the distribution system of hospital salary, regulations, stimulating and restricting mechanism, macroeconomic control system and others by illustrating current state of hospital distribution system reform, hospital salary system construction and regulations of hospital salary, it also points out that the development of hospital salary system is organic combination of internal and external salary; salary is connected to the performance of the work mutually; the salary for the professional is designed specially; welfare system is more humane; staff, job evaluation and salary pricing; computerized salary management and networking.
