摘要:
目的：观察白头翁汤熏洗治疗内痔的临床疗效。方法：将内痔患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组50例采用西药+马应龙痔疮膏治疗，治疗组50例在对照组治疗的基础上予白头翁汤熏洗治疗，治疗15天后观察两组患者出血、疼痛、坠胀感及脱出改善状况。结果：治疗组总有效率为90%，显著高于对照组的74%，且在出血、疼痛改善方面明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：白头翁汤熏洗结合西药加马应龙痔疮膏治疗内痔在改善出血及疼痛方面效果显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of BaiTouWeng decoction fumigation in treating internal hemorrhoids. Methods: One hundred patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally. The control group were administered with western medicine and musk hemorrhoids ointment, the treatment group accepted BaiTouWeng decoction fumigation on the base of the treatment given to the control group, the improvements of bleeding, pain, the sensation of sagging distention and prolapse of both groups were investigated after treating in 15 days. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, remarkably higher than 74% of the control group, and the treatment group was notably superior to the control group significantly in improving the bleeding and pain (P＜0.05). Conclusion: BaiTouWeng decoction fumigation, western medicine and musk hemorrhoids ointment are effective in improving bleeding and pain in the treatment for internal hemorrhoids.
