摘要:
目的：观察射干麻黄汤化裁佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：将70例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各35例，2组均给予常规治疗，观察组加用射干麻黄汤化载辅助治疗，观察比较2组治疗效果。结果：治愈率观察组为85.7％，对照组为51.4％，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。治疗组患儿咳嗽、喘息、肺部听诊等主要临床指标缓解时间及住院时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。复发率治疗组为8.6%，对照组为28.6%，2组比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：射干麻黄汤化裁佐治小儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效显著。
