摘要:
目的：探讨护理干预对高危妊娠产妇身心状态的影响。方法：将140例高危妊娠产妇随机分为观察组与对照组各70例，对照组接受常规护理，观察组给予持续性的护理干预措施，包括心理干预、乳房护理与行为干预等，干预周期为1个月。结果：焦虑评分干预后2组均明显降低(P＜0.05)，组间比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。2组干预后心率与收缩压值对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。干预后治疗组的母乳喂养率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：护理干预应用于高危妊娠产后产妇可缓解焦虑情绪，改善心理应激作用，从而有效指导喂养新生儿，改善预后。
