摘要:
目的：观察肢体功能训练对颅脑损伤患者肢体运动功能、神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法：将72例患者随机分为2组，每组36例。对照组采取常规医护及常规康复训练，观察组在对照组的基础上实施分期肢体功能康复训练。结果：神经功能缺损程度（NIHSS）评分、Fugl-Meyer运动量表（FMA）、日常生活活动表量(ADL)评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分2组干预后均较干预前明显改善（P＜0.05），观察组较对照组改善更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：肢体功能康复训练可有效缓解颅脑损伤患者的功能障碍，显著改善患者的肢体运动功能、神经功能及日常生活能力，提高患者的生存质量。
