摘要:
目的：探讨系统性护理干预促进自然分娩的方法及效果。方法：将住院待产的初产妇120例随机分为试验组和对照组各60例，对照组用传统的接生方法并进行产时护理及健康教育。试验组在常规护理的基础上进行系统性护理干预：建立孕妇个人档案、强化产前教育及培训、严格产前监控及管理、产程中指导产妇运用拉梅兹分娩放松法、配合针灸止痛等措施。结果：试验组产妇分娩疼痛程度较对照组轻、自然分娩率较对照组高，阴道分娩中转剖腹产例数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：系统性护理干预可有效减轻分娩疼痛，加速分娩进程，促进自然分娩，降低剖腹产率。
