摘要:
目的：了解老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD)患者主观幸福度及其影响因素。方法：自行设计问卷，对500名患者进行调查，采用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)进行评分。结果：老年COPD患者主观幸福度得分为(32.2±10.8)分，分值低于一般老年人口，其结果受文化程度、病情进展、疾病知识、自我护理能力及生活方式等多重因素的影响。结论：在实施社区护理干预措施时，应重视患者的文化程度、病情进展、疾病知识、自我护理能力及生活方式。
Abstract:
Objective: To understand subjective happiness index and its influencing factors of senile patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: The questionnaire was designed to investigate 500 patients, and they were evaluated by using memorial university of New found and scale of Happiness (MUNSH). Results: Subjective happiness scales of senile COPD patients were(32.2±10.8), lower than these of general elderly people, the results might be affected by cultural degrees, the progression of disease conditions, disease knowledge, the ability of self-care, lifestyle and others. Conclusion: During the course of implementing community nursing interventions, cultural degrees, the progression of disease conditions, disease knowledge, the ability of self-care and lifestyle of the patients should be valued.
