摘要:
目的：观察宋贵杰教授“三步三位九法”治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将270例患者随机分为治疗组135例、对照组135例。治疗组给予三步三位九法治疗，对照组用三维多功能牵引床牵引治疗。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后JOA疼痛评分变化情况。结果：JOA评分治疗后2组均较治疗前升高，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为98.5%，对照组为89.6%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：宋氏“三步三位九法”治疗腰椎间盘突出症，能有效修复脊柱的整体平衡和腰椎生物力学的稳定性，取效快，疗效确切。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of professor Song Guijie′s "three-step three-position nine-method" in treating lumbar disc herniation(LOH). Methods: All 270 patients were randomized into 135 cases of the treatment group and 135 cases of the control group. The patients of the treatment group were treated by three-step three-position nine-method, while the ones of the control group by traction bed. Clinical effects and JOA pain scales before and after treating were observed between both groups. Results: JOA scales improved after treating compared with before treating, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); it presented statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 98.5%, higher than 89.6% of the control group, and the difference indicated statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Song Guijie′s "three-step three-position nine-method" in treating LDH shows scientific mechanism, it’s effective and quick, which could effectively repair holistic balance of spinal cord and the stability of lumbar biomechanics.
