摘要:
目的：观察针灸联合甲氨喋呤治疗类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis，RA)的临床疗效。方法：将106例RA患者随机分为观察组、对照组各53例，观察组给予针灸联合甲氨喋呤治疗，对照组给予甲氨喋呤治疗。疗程均为4个月，观察2组临床症状、实验室指标和不良反应。结果：总有效率观察组为88.68%，对照组为71.70%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05 )。疼痛程度评分、晨僵时间、双手握力、15 m步行时间、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)等指标2组治疗后均明显改善(P＜0.05 )，观察组改善更明显(P＜0.05 )。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05 )。结论：针灸联合甲氨喋呤治疗RA有较好的临床疗效和安全性。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of acupuncture jointed with methotrexate in the treatment for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: All 106 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 53 cases each group, the observation group accepted acupuncture and methotrexate, the control group methotrexate only. Both groups were treated for four months. Clinical symptoms, lab indexes and adverse reaction of both groups were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 88.68%, higher than 71.70% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Pain degree scales, morning stiffness time, hand grip, 15m walking time, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), rheumatoid factors (RF) and others improved significantly after treating in both groups (P＜0.05), the improvement of the observation group was more obvious (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture jointed with methotrexate in the treatment for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) show better clinical effects and safety.
