通过1则典型病例就湿与郁如何致痿进行初步探讨，认为湿与郁可在阳痿发病中互为因果，湿久致郁，郁久生湿，可形成恶性循环，治疗时不可囿于某法某方，当谨遵中医“辨证论治”原则施治。
- Abstract:

How did dampness and depression cause impotentia was primarily discussed through one typical case, dampness and depression could be the cause and the results in the incidence of impotentia, dampness for a long time could cause depression, depression for a long time could produce the dampness, which could form a vicious cycle, therefore, the treatment should not be limited to a certain method and prescription, and the disease should be treated according to syndrome differentiation and treatment.
