摘要:
目的：观察加味四君子汤治疗HIV/AIDS患者HAART中高乳酸血症的临床疗效。方法：将HIV/AIDS患者HAART中高乳酸血症者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，对照组予碳酸氢钠片口服，治疗组予碳酸氢钠片和加味四君子汤口服，2组均治疗3个月，观察2组患者乏力、四肢麻木、肌肉酸痛、恶心呕吐、纳差等临床症状变化情况。结果：治疗组患者症状改善效果优于对照组，2组临床症状平均积分比较差异具有统计学意义(t=-8.641，P=0.000)。结论：四君子汤对HAART中高乳酸血症HIV/AIDS患者出现的乏力、四肢麻木、肌肉酸痛、恶心呕吐、纳差等临床症状具有改善作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical effect of modified SiJunZi Tang in treating hyperlacidemia of HIV/AIDS patients after highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally, 30 cases of the control group took sodium hydrogen carbonate tablets orally, while the patients of the treatment group took sodium hydrogen carbonate tablets and modified SiJunZi Tang, both groups were treated for three months, the changes of clinical symptoms including lassitude, acroanesthesia, muscular soreness, nausea and vominting, and poor appetite were observed in both groups. Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group in symptome improvement effects, the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups in the comparison of mean symptom scales(t=-8.641, P=0.000). Conclusion: SiJunZi Tang could improve lassitude, acroanesthesia, muscular soreness, nausea and vominting, and poor appetite of HIV/AIDS patients complicated with hyperlacidemia in the therapy of HAART.
