摘要:
目的：观察健脾益肾汤联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法：将晚期非小细胞肺癌患者60例随机分为西药组(NP方案化疗)及中西结合组(健脾益肾汤合并化疗)各30例；疗程均为1周期(3周)。观察2组患者治疗后近期疗效、中医症候疗效、KPS评分、免疫功能和毒副反应的发生情况。结果：中西结合组与西药组在近期疗效、KPS评分和T细胞免疫功能改善方面比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);中西结合组毒副反应发生较西药组减轻(P＜0.05)；中西医结合组总有效率为93.33%，西药组为80.00%。结论：健脾益肾汤联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可以明显改善患者生存质量，减轻化疗毒副作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate curative effects of JianPi YiShen Tang combined with NP regimen in treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into western medicine group(chemotherapy of NP regimen) and integrative medicine group (JianPi YiShen Tang and NP regimen) equally; one course of the treatment was three weeks. Short-term effects, the effects of TCM syndrome, KPS scales, immunity and the incidence of toxicity and adverse reaction of both groups were observed after treating. Results: The comparison in short-term effects, KPS scales and T lymphocyte immunity showed significant difference between integrative medicine group and western medicine group (P＜0.05); integrative medicine group was lighter than western medicine in the incidence of toxicity and adverse reaction significantly(P＜0.05); total effective rate of integrative medicine group was 93.33%, higher than 80.00% of western medicine group. Conclusion: JianPi YiShen Tang combined with NP regimen in treating advanced NSCLC could obviously improve quality of life of the patients, and relieve chemotherapy-induced toxicity and adverse reaction.
