摘要:
目的：调查分析北京市回民医院2010—2014年门诊中成药应用情况及不合理用药，为医院中成药的管理和临床合理用药提供依据。方法：利用医院计算机系统，从2010—2014年门诊药房随机抽取12 000张处方，统计分析所有中成药的使用频率、各科室使用比例、联合用药情况、不合理使用情况及用药后不良反应情况。结果：我院2010—2014年门诊开具中成药的处方有4 517张，中成药处方占总处方数的37.64%，其中66.22%的中成药处方由西医师开具；不合理处方129张，占中成药处方总数的12.71%；不良反应最多的前10位中成药中，以中药注射剂为主；不同种类中成药致不良反应例数以2010年最多，呈逐渐下降趋势。结论：我院目前中成药应用总体情况较理想，但为了精益求精，我院应在现有基础上强调中西医医师和科室对中成药规范使用的重要意义和责任。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide besic reference for the management of Chinese patent drugs and rational medication in clinic by surveying the condtions of outpatient Chinese patent drugs and unreasonable medications from 2010 to 2014 in Beijing Municipality the Hui People's Hospital. Methods: All 12 000 prescriptions were randomly chosen from outpatient drugstore from 2010 to 2014 from drug storehouse prescription computer system, the frequency of all Chinese patent drugs, the proportion of different departments, the conditions of drug combination use, unreasonable use and adverse reaction after using the drugs were statistically analyzed. Results: There were 4 517 prescriptions prescribed Chinese patent drugs from 2010 to 2014, the prescriptions of Chinese patent drugs occupied 37.64% of total numbers of all the prescription, among them, 66.22% of Chinese patent drugs prescriptions were prescribed by the doctors of western medicine; 129 unreasonable prescriptions, which held 12.71% of total numbers of Chinese patent drugs prescription; TCM injections ranked the first in the top ten herbs showing the most adverse reactions; in the year of 2010, there were the most patients suffering from herbs-induced adverse reaction among different kinds of herbs, and they were in the tendency of gradually decreasing. Conclusion: Total conditions of Chinese patents drugs use are rational, but in order to constantly strive for perfection, increasing the doctors of integrative medicine and departments demonstrate important meaning and duty for regular use of Chinese patent drugs on the current basis.
