摘要:
目的：分析痛经病用药的组方，探求其用药规律及特点。方法：通过检索中国知网“痛经”相关主题词，搜集治疗痛经病的各种有效中药复方，进行整理、汇总，利用Microsoft Excel建立资料数据表，通过数据筛选功能对药物进行分类、使用频数进行统计分析。结果：通过分析1 512例案例的中药复方，发现中药治疗痛经以补益气血为本，药物多用当归、白芍、甘草等；以活血化瘀药为主，并配伍疏肝理气，散寒止痛的药物；药性多以辛、甘、温为主，大多归于肝、脾、心、肾经。结论：通过对1 512例病案中所用药物的分析，揭示了痛经的用药规律，发现痛经的证型主要是气血亏虚型，其次是气滞血瘀型、寒凝血瘀型、肾气不足型。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe medication rules and the features of treating dysmenorrhea by analyzing the herbs in the prescription. Methods: Different effective herbal compounds for dysmenorrhea were collected by searching the related keywords about "dysmenorrhea", arranged and reviewed, data tables are established by using Microsoft Excel, the meridian tropism and the frequency of herbs were statistically analyzed by data screening. Results: By analyzing herbal compounds of 1 512 cases, herbs in treating dysmenorrhea are tonifying Qi and blood from the root cause, herbs are mainly DangGui (Angelica sinensis), BaiShao (Paeonia lactiflora Pall.), GanCao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.) and others; promoting blood activation and stasis-eliminating from the symptoms, combined with the herbs of liver-soothing and Qi-regulating, cold-dispelling and pain-stopping; the properties of the drugs are acrid, sweet and warm mainly, mostly of liver, spleen, heart and kidney meridians. Conclusion: Medication rules of dysmenorrheal are revealed by analyzed the herbs used in 1 512 cases, the patterns of dysmenorrhea are Qi-blood deficiency pattern mainly, Qi depression and blood stagnation, cold coagulation and blood stagnation, and kidney-Qi depletion the next.
