摘要:
从师承教育历史渊源与发展入手，分析中医药研究生在指导教师（简称导师）的遴选，研究生的选拔及师生互选等方面的现状，探讨将研究生的院校教育与师承教育有效结合的新型教育模式，并指出这种教育模式能够促进中医药研究生的成才，为中医药事业的发展培养优秀的接班人。
Abstract:
New education model which combined school education with apprenticeship education effectively is discussed, current states of tutor selections, postgraduate selection, mutual selection of the tutor and the postgraduate are analyzed based on historical origin and the development of apprenticeship education, which could promote the accomplishment of TCM postgraduates, and cultivate excellent successor of the development of TCM cause.
