摘要:
目的：探讨预见性护理对大面积烧伤患者肺部感染的作用。方法：将大面积烧伤患者64例按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例。观察组患者入院后针对肺部感染给予预见性护理，对照组患者给予常规护理。结果：观察组发生肺部感染1例，感染率为3.2%，对照组发生肺部感染8例，感染率为25.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组患者完全依从22例，部分依从8例，不依从2例；对照组完全依从8例，部分依从15例，不依从2例。2组患者依从率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组患者总满意度为87.5%，对照组为62.5%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：预见性护理措施能够有效降低大面积烧伤患者肺部感染发生率，提高治疗和护理的依从性，提高患者的满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of predictive nursing care on pulmonary infection of the patients with severe burn. Methods: Sixty-four patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group according to random number table method. The observation group accepted predictive nursing care aiming at pulmonary infection after hospitalized, and the control group routine care. Results: There was one case with pulmonary infection, and infection rate of the observation group 3.2%, eight cases with pulmonary infection in the control group and infection rate 25.0%, and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). There were 22 cases showing complete compliance, eight cases showing incomplete compliance and two cases showing incompliance in the observation group; eight cases presenting complete compliance, 15 cases showing incomplete compliance and two cases showing incompliance in the control group. Total satisfaction degrees of the observation group reached 87.5%, higher than 62.5% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Predictive nursing care could effectively decrease the incidence of pulmonary infection of the patients with severe pain, improve therapeutic and nursing compliances, and raise the patients' satisfaction degrees.
