摘要:
从颈脊源性血压异常症的发病机制、临床特点方面探讨近几年对颈脊源性血压异常症的研究和治疗进展，指出随着人们生活习惯及工作方式的不断改变，颈脊源性血压异常症不断成为临床工作中的常见病和多发病，同时，随着对颈椎以及脊柱解剖结构、载荷传导方式、退化与退变研究的不断深入，对颈脊源性血压异常症治疗理念不断发生着改变、治疗方案不断发生改进，但仍尚未形成为同行们所公认的治疗方案和标准。
Abstract:
The study and therapeutic progress of cervicogenic blood pressure abnormality in recent years were explored from the pathogenesis and clinical features, as the life habits and work style of the people changed gradually, cervicogenic blood pressure abnormality has become the common and frequently-occurred disease in clinical work, simultaneously, as the study about anatomic structure of cervical vertebra and spine, load conduction mode, degeneration and regression deepened, therapeutic concept of cervicogenic blood pressure abnormality and therapeutic regimen changed gradually, but therapeutic plan and standard were not acknowledged and not yet formed.
