摘要:
目的：探讨荣骨定痛膏对骨性关节炎模型大鼠白介素1β(IL-1β)、一氧化氮(NO)及氧自由基代谢的影响。方法：采用注射4%木瓜蛋白酶复制骨性关节炎大鼠模型，通过观测膝关节功能，血清IL-1β、关节液NO与NOS、关节组织氧自由基代谢等指标，探讨荣骨定痛膏对骨性关节炎的治疗作用及作用机制。结果：荣骨定痛膏可明显减小骨性关节炎大鼠关节滑膜肿胀厚度，扩大膝关节的活动范围，降低血清IL-1β、关节液NO及NOS的水平，提高滑膜组织中SOD的活性而降低MDA的含量。结论：荣骨定痛膏对骨性关节炎模型大鼠具有一定治疗作用，抑制IL-1β诱导的NO的产生而发挥抗氧化、抑制滑膜细胞的凋亡是其治疗骨性关节炎的作用机制之一。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of RongGu DingTong ointment on IL-1β, NO and oxygen free radical metabolism of the rats with osteoarthritis(OA). Methods: OA rat model was established by injecting 4% papain, therapeutic effects and its mechanism of RongGu DingTong ointment were studied by observing knee joint function, the contents of IL-1β, NO and NOS, and oxygen free radical metabolism in joint tissue. Results: RongGu DingTong ointment could reduce the thickness of joint synovial swelling of OA rats, increase the range of motion of knee joint, decrease the levels of IL-1β, NO and NOS, and improving SOD activity in synovial tissue therefore to decrease the contents of MDA. Conclusion: RongGu DingTong ointment is effective in treating OA rats to a certain degrees, one of its mechanisms is inhibiting NO generation induced by IL-1β, hence to develop antioxidant functions and inhibit the apoptosis of synovial cells.
