摘要:
目的：系统评价整体护理对老年抑郁症患者临床疗效的影响。方法：计算机检索The Cochrane Library、Pubmed、CBM、Embase、CNKI和万方数据库，收集整体护理治疗老年抑郁的随机对照试验（RCT)，按照纳入、排除标准筛选试验，提取资料并评价研究质量后，采用RevMan 5.0软件进行统计分析。结果：共纳入5篇中文随机对照试验(RCT）。Meta分析显示整体护理组抑郁症状改善优于对照组［MD=4.01,95％CI(2.71,5.30)］。结论：基于当前证据，整体护理对老年抑郁的HAMD评分有一定改善作用，且尚无不良反应。受纳入研究数量与质量限制，有必要开展高质量、大样本的随机对照试验进一步评价其疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To systematically assess clinical effects of holistic nursing on the elderly patients with depression. Methods: RCT of holistic nursing in treating the elderly patients with depression were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria by searching The Cochrane Library, Pubmed, CBM, Embase, CNKI and WanFang Data with the computer, the data was extracted and the quality of the study was assessed, and statistical analysis was performed by adopting RevMan 5.0 software. Results: Altogether five RCTs were included. Meta analysis showed that holistic nursing group was superior to the control group in depression symptom improvement [MD=4.01, 95%CI (2.71, 5.30)]. Conclusion: Based on current evidence, holistic nursing could improve HAMD scales of the elderly patients with depression, and there is no adverse reaction. It is necessary to launch high quality and large samples RCT to assess its therapeutic effects since it is limited by the number and the quality of the included experiments.
