摘要:
目的：观察集束化护理对骨科患者压疮发生的预防效果。方法：选择2013年1月至2014年6月实施集束化护理干预的330例住院骨科患者作为观察组，2010年6月至2012年12月实施常规护理的310例住院骨科患者作为对照组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施集束化护理预防方案。比较2组患者褥疮知识的掌握度、压疮发生情况、护理满意度及住院时间。结果：观察组褥疮知识的掌握度为81.82%、患者护理满意率为98.48%，高于对照组的61.29%、95.81%；观察组压疮发生率为0.61%、住院时间为(13.28±3.21)天，低于对照组的3.22%、(15.05±3.29)天(P＜0.05)。结论：集束化护理方案可使护士掌握压疮的发生机理，正确评估压疮发生的高危因素，熟悉压疮预防的流程，掌握系统化干预措施，有效预防骨科患者压疮的发生。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore prophylactic effects of cluster nursing on the incidence of pressure sore of orthopedic patients. Methods: All 330 orthopedic inpatients were selected as the observation group from January, 2013 to June, 2014 who received cluster nursing, and 310 patients as the control group who accepted routine care from June, 2010 to December, 2012, the mastery degrees of pressure sore knowledge, the incidences of pressure sore, nursing satisfaction degrees and hospitalization time of both groups were compared. Results: The mastery degree of pressure sore knowledge of the observation group was 81.82%, nursing satisfaction degree of the patients was 98.48%, higher than 61.29% and 95.81% of the patients in the control group; the incidence of pressure sore of the observation group was 0.61%, hospitalization time was (13.28±3.21) days, lower than 3.22% and (15.05±3.29) days of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Cluster nursing plan could make the nurse master the etiopathogenesis of pressure sore, correctly assess risk factors of pressure sore incidence, familiarize with the process of pressure sore prevention, grasp systematic intervention measures and effectively prevent the incidence of pressure sore of orthopedic patients.
