摘要:
目的：观察中医综合疗法联合西药治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法：将颈性眩晕患者109例随机分为对照组45例和观察组64例。对照组给予天麻素注射液静脉滴注+盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服，同时配合牵引+理疗治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用中医综合疗法(推拿按摩、电针及中药辨证口服)进行治疗，30天后观察疗效。结果：观察组痊愈34例，有效16例，好转10例，无效4例，总有效率93.7%；对照组痊愈14例，有效10例，好转8例，无效13例，总有效率71.1%，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中医综合疗法联合西药治疗颈性眩晕疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of TCM comprehensive therapy combined with Western medicine in treating cervical vertigo. Methods: All 109 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into the control group (45 cases) and the observation group (64 cases). The control group was given venous injection of gastrodin and oral administration of flunarizine hydrochloride capsule, and traction with physiotherapy. The observation group was given TCM comprehensive therapy (massage and electroacupuncture, oral administration of herbs) on the treatment of control group, effects in 30 days were observed. Results: In the observation group, 34 cases recovred, 16 cases effective, ten cases improved, four cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.7%; in the control group, 14 cases cured, ten cases effective, eight cases improve, 13 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 71.1%, there was statistical difference in total effective rate between two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TCM comprehensive therapy combined with Western medicine in treating cervical vertigo are better than simple Western medicine.
