摘要:
利用中西医理论从脂类讨论痰浊型缺血性心脏病的病因、病理、治则，既考虑外因、局部病变、形态改变，又注重内因、整体变化及功能失调。认为中医学的“痰浊”包括现代医学过剩的脂类物质；脂类代谢主要涉及到脾肾两脏，调解脾肾，即纠正脂类代谢的紊乱，这与从脾肾着手，使体内津液得以输布、痰浊得化的原理一致。
Abstract:
Pathogenesis, pathology and treatment principle of ischaemic heart disease of phlegm and turbid type from lipid were discussed by using theory of TCM and Western medicine, external pathogenesis, local lesion, morphological change, internal pathogenesis, holistic change, function disorder were considered. Phlegm and turbid of TCM include modern excess lipid. Metabolism of lipid is mainly related to spleen and kidney, regulating spleen and kidney, namely correcting disorder of lipid metabolism, which is same with theory of distribution of fluid in vivo and dissolve of phlegm and turbid by spleen and kidney.
