摘要:
目的：探讨中医情志护理对脑外伤患者心理情感、生活质量的影响。方法：将脑外伤术后康复治疗患者80例按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各40例，观察组使用中医情志护理干预，包括：移情易性、情志相胜及情志陶冶，对照组实施常规心理护理，主要通过语言增强患者战胜疾病的信心，比较2组干预前后焦虑自评量表评分与抑郁自评量表评分及2组患者生存质量，观察治疗期间发生的护理相关并发症及生命体征变化情况。结果：干预后2组焦虑自评量表评分与抑郁自评量表评分均低于干预前(P＜0.05)，且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组患者干预期间心率慢于对照组(P＜0.05)，平均动脉压低于对照组(P＜0.05)，呼吸频率慢于对照组(P＜0.05)；干预后观察组生存质量量表中生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、情感职能(RE)、生命活力(VT)、社会功能(SF)、躯体疼痛(BP)、精神健康(MH)各项得分均高于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组发生消化道溃疡、便秘和食欲不振的例数低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：良好的情志护理能促使脑外伤患者心情愉快，气血舒畅，减轻患者紧张、焦虑心理，提高临床治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of TCM emotional care on the psychology and affection, life quality of the patients with brain trauma. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, the observation group accepted TCM emotional nursing intervention, including distracting attention, disposition phase wining and cultivating the interests, the control group received common psychological care, which was mainly boosting the confidence by the language, SAS and SDS of both groups were compared before and after the intervention, survival quality of both groups were compared after the intervention, nursing related complications and body signs were observed during the observation and therapeutic periods. Results: SAS and SDS of both groups after the intervention were lower than these before the intervention (P＜0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P＜0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in heart rate during the intervention period (P＜0.05), lower than the control group in mean arterial pressure (P＜0.05), slower than the control group in breating rate (P＜0.05); after the intervention, the observation group was higher than the control group in physiological function (PF), the role of physiology (RP), the role of the emotion (RE), vitality (VT), social function (SF), body pain (BP) and mental health (MH) (P＜0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in the ratios of suffering peptic ulcer, constipation and poor appetite notably (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Good emotional nursing could keep the patients happy, body fluent, relieve the patients’ tension and anxiety, and raise clinical effects.
