摘要:
目的:探讨不同交接班方式对提升急诊护士核心能力的影响。方法:对急诊科护理人员交接班方式进行调整,将各岗位正在执行的传统交接班方式转变为新型交接班方式,即增加了病区各岗位大交班及床边随机理论抽问、操作抽考演示及情景模拟、联想等环节。对护理人员进行急诊专科理论、专业技能、应急处理能力3方面的考评,并进行医生和患者对护士工作的满意度调查,评价更新的交接班方式对提升急诊护士核心能力的影响。结果:专科理论、专科技能、应急能力评分在交接班方式改变后明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。交接班改变前医生对护士工作满意率为58.0%,患者对护士工作满意率为69.0%;交接班方式改变后医生对护士工作满意率为78.0%,患者对护士工作满意率为83.0%。医生及患者对护士工作满意率交接班改变前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施更新的交接班方式,能有效提高护士急救护理核心能力,对护理服务质量提高起到积极促进作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the influence of different shifting ways on core competence improvements of emergency nurses. Methods: The shifting way of the nurses in the emergency department were regulated from traditional shifting way to new style shifting way, that is, adding the shift of different positions in the ward, bedside random theoretical pop test, operation pop demonstration, simulation, association and others, the effects of new shifting way on promoting core competence of emergency nurses were assessed by evaluating emergency professional theory, professional skills and the ability of handling emergency, and investigating the doctor and patients’ satisfactory degrees to the work of the nurses. Results: Professional theory, professional skills and the scores of the ability of handling emergency raised obviously after changing the shifting ways, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Before shifting way changed, the doctor’s satisfactory degree to the work of the nurses was 58.0%, the patients’ satisfactory degree to the work of the nurse was 69.0%; after shifting way changed, the doctor’s satisfactory degree to the work of the nurses was 78.0%, the patients’ satisfactory degree to the work of the nurse was 83.0%. The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the doctor’s and the patients’ satisfactory degrees to the work of the nurses between before and after changing the shifting (P<0.05). Conclusion: Carrying out new shifting way could effectively improve emergency care core competence of the nurses, and it is positive in raising nursing service quality.
