摘要:
目的：探讨Orem自理模式在卵巢癌化疗患者护理中的作用，及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法：将80例患者随机分为2组，每组40例，对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组给予Orem自理模式护理。对2组干预前后焦虑症状（SAS评分）、生活质量改善情况及护理满意度进行比较。结果：SAS评分干预前后组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；干预后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组干预后角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能、疼痛评分较干预前显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照组干预后仅呼吸困难评分较干预前有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组干预后角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能、疼痛评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。护理满意度观察组为95.0%，对照组为77.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：将Orem护理模式应用于卵巢癌化疗患者护理效果显著，可在一定程度上缓解患者焦虑症状，改善患者生活质量量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the role of Orem self-care model (SAS) of patients with chemotherapy of ovarian cancer and its influence on the life quality of patients. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 40 cases. The control group received routine nursing intervention while the observation group received Orem self-care mode nursing. The scales of anxiety symptoms, improvement of the life quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results: Comparison of SAS score within the two groups before and after intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); Compared between groups after intervention, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0.05). For the observation group, the role function, social function, emotional function and pain score significantly improved after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); The scores of dyspnea of the control group improved after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). However, for the observation group, the role function, social function, emotional function and pain score were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Furthermore, the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.0% while the control group was 77.5%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of Orem nursing model to patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy can significantly reduce the anxiety symptoms and improve the life quality of patients.
