摘要:
目的：观察甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机均分为2组。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤0.4 mg/kg，肌肉注射，1次/d，连续给药5天。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用中药，每日1剂，连续服用5天。观察2组临床疗效。结果：对照组治愈12例，好转8例，无效10例，总有效率66.7%；对照组治愈17例，好转8例，无效5例，总有效率83.3%。临床疗效2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗异位妊娠疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of methotrexate and herbs in the treatment for ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups. The control group accepted intramuscular injection of methotrexate, 0.4 mg/kg, once each day, medicating for five days consecutively. The observation group took herbs on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, one dose each day, for five days consecutively. Clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results: There were 12 cases cured, eight cases effective and ten cases ineffective, and total effective rate of the control group was 66.7%; 17 cases cured, eight cases effective and five cases ineffective, total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%, and the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of curative effects between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Methotrexate and herbs are effective in the treatment for ectopic pregnancy.
