摘要:: 目的：探讨熏硫加工对延胡索药材质量的影响。方法：采用薄层色谱鉴别法对延胡索药材进行定性鉴别，用紫外分光光度法对熏硫前后延胡索药材中总生物碱含量进行测定，并用统计学方法进行分析。结果：熏硫前后延胡索药材薄层色谱无差异，含量测定结果表明熏硫后延胡索药材中总生物碱含量降低(P＜0.05)。结论：熏硫加工使延胡索药材中总生物碱含量降低，应当改进这种产地加工方法。

Abstract:: Objective: To discuss the effects of sulfuring processing on the quality of YanHuSuo (Corydalis YanHuSuo W. T. Wang ex Z. Y. Su et C. Y. Wu). Methods: Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was adopted to identify YanHuSuo qualitatively, ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to detect the contents of total alkaloids (TA) contained in YanHuSuo before and after sulfuring, and analyzed by statistical method. Results: There was no difference existed in the comparisons of TLC before and after sulfuring, the results of content determination demonstrated that the contents of TA contained in YanHuSuo after sulfuring lowered (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Sulfuring processing could decrease the contents of TA contained in YanHuSuo, and the method of processing method in production place should be improved.
