摘要:
通过分析叶天士门人华岫云整理的叶氏医案《临证指南医案》中中风的病机、用药规律及医案证治，认为叶氏治疗中风注重培脾土、健中焦，并通过经典医案论述从脾胃论治中风的意义，以期为临床治疗中风提供参考。
Abstract:
By analyzing the pathogenesis, medication rule, syndrome and treatment of stroke in Ye′s medical records LinZheng ZhiNan YiAn collected by Ye Tianshi′s apprentice Hua Xiuyun, Ye Tianshi emphasized strengthening spleen earth and invigorating the middle energizer when he treated stroke, simultaneously, the significance of treating stroke from spleen-stomach was stated based on classical medical records, therefore to provide the reference for clinical treatment of stroke.
