摘要:
目的：基于中医传承辅助平台分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中使用中医药治疗老年高血压的方药规律。方法：本研究收集CNKI数据库中相关文献，筛选出符合要求的方剂，并建立数据库，使用中医传承辅助系统软件(V2.5)进行分析，其中数据挖掘方法包括用药频次分析、用药关联规则分析、熵聚类分析。结果：筛选出治疗老年高血压的方剂共计166首，共使用中药168味；同时确定用药频次和常用药对，最后演化得到核心组合28个和新处方14个。结论：中医治疗老年高血压以滋补肝肾为主，并辅以平抑肝阳、清肝泻火、活血化瘀、利水渗湿以及健脾化痰。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the rules of the herbs and the prescription for TCM therapy in treating senile hypertension in the database of CNKI based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS). Methods: The related literature in the database of CNKI was collected and the prescriptions meeting the requirements were screened to establish the database, and analyzed by using TCMISS V2.5, among them, the data-mining methods contained medication frequency analysis, medication association rules analysis and entropy clustering analysis.Results: Altogether 166 pieces of the prescriptions for senile hypertension were screened, and there were 168 kinds of herbs, at the same time, the medication frequency and commonly-used drug pairs were confirmed, consequently, 28 core combinations and 14 new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion: TCM therapy for senile hypertension mainly nourish the liver and kidney, assisted by suppressing liver-yang, clearing liver-Yang, activating blood and eliminating the stasis, clearing damp and promoting diuresis, as well as invigorating spleen and reducing phlegm.
